We are looking for a pleasant Front Office Receptionist to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the 'face' of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritise daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Assist in coordinating Executive Team Meetings, company conferences, and appointments
· Manage and Supervise office assistant/peon and pantry staff
· Should be comfortable taking on new responsibilities including clerical tasks and tracking admin expenses reports
· Managing reception area.
· Vendor Management
· Managing stationery stock.
· To welcome all the visitors with smile and proper greetings and with warm welcome and guide them properly as per their requirements.
· Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
· Ensuring the immediate response while handling incoming and outgoing calls, redirect calls to appropriate officers also maintain the records of all Telephone Nos. as well as Ext. Nos.
· To upkeep all registers at reception.
· Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them as per requirement.
· Oversee sorting and distribution of E-mails.
· Also coordinate with other departments in office such as accounts, Graphic Designing and Digital Marketing.
