Description
· Respond to customer calls, chats (instant messaging). Directing to the right department wherever applicable.
· Record Keeping (customer complaints, walk-in visits etc)
· Work on process improvement activities.
· Attend walk-in customers, Courier pickup/delivery persons etc.
· Coordinate with Service team for customer issues. Timely update to customer through calls
· Attendance Management, Office Supplies Management
· Voice & Non–Voice, fluent in Hindi, English
· Immediate Joining
· Email Skills MUST | Excellent Written, Spoken English
Timings : Mon-sat | 9:00 Am to 6:00 pm
