Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls including distribution.
Receive, inform, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees.
Responsible for maintaining the telephone registers including call tracking.
Preparation/ updating telephone list for client.
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office.
Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of JLL management.
Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business contiuity.
Develop the necessary policies and procedures required for all functions within the scope of Reception.
Assist with the resourcing of other aspects of Jones Lang LaSalle’s operation as required.
Ensure Jones Lang LaSalle staff are appropriately trained to meet the requirements of their positions.
Co-ordinate for festival decorations.
Assist in utilization of conference rooms.
Co-ordinate with Facility team for event management.
