Job Description:
  • Attending Incoming /Outgoing Calls.
  • Taking inward and outward and entering the details in the Excel 
  • Sheet along with the Inward and outward Stamp.
  • Maintaining Inward and outward register manually.
  • Receiving all incoming and outgoing faxes & hand over to their  respective departments if any.
  • Attending the walk inn visitors coming to meet.
  • Updating Contact software, whenever received if any.
  • Updating the Monthly Stamp Papers as per instructions given.
  • Updating pending work if any every day.
  • Taking dictations or hand written letters and typing out for  sir and giving of the Printouts to Sir as when instructed.
  • Typing of letters if at all and whenever required.
