Job Description

Manage Phone calls

• Handling and responding to calls.
• Handle Mail and correspondence
• Routing of customer calls to concerned person.

Visitors Management

• Managing visitors with good hospitality
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Conference Room booking

• Manage conference room booking records.

Courier Management

• Coordinating with courier services. Sending couriers and maintaining the registers accordingly.
• Maintain proper Inward and outward registers.

Travel coordination

• Coordination with staff at office and on-site for travel arrangements.
• Coordinating for Ticket bookings.
• Booking tickets as per the requisition and after respective approvals.

Attendance Management

• Maintaining Employee attendance on daily basis.
