A part of our services is one of the renowned Petsville Dog Boarding center located in Pune, Maharashtra. We offer dog boarding, daycare, grooming, and training services. Our focus is on providing exceptional customer service and quality care in a friendly atmosphere. We are looking for dynamic individuals to help us grow and be successful.

Responsibilities Include:

The job's essential requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome customers & their pets by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
• Give Guided Tours of Wiggles Petsville Boarding
• Answer telephones in a timely, pleasant and professional manner.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of company policies and information
• Assist clients with check-in /check-outs.
• Answering or directing inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Inputting and retrieving information from the computer.
• Promote use of additional services (daycare, grooming, vet on call..etc) for each boarding guest to maximize day-to-day activities
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests (making new reservations, cancelling and/or rescheduling reservations) and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Process follow-up phone calls day after check out
• Always ensure guest satisfaction.
• Field client complaints, and try to resolve in a friendly, composed manner.
• Ensure reception area is always clean and presentable.
• Accepting Payments & Maintain records

• Exceptional and professional phone etiquette
• Able to work harmoniously in a team.
• Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
• Introduction of facility and services to prospective clients
• Assertive with Suggesting Services/Sales
• Extremely Organized
• Should have pleasant personality and excellent verbal communication skills
• Must Be fluent with Hindi, English and Marathi Language

Should be a pet lover & familiar with most dog breeds and LOVE ALL ANIMALS!

Experience Required:

• 2 years of handling front end customer service OR
• 1 year of suggestive selling in a retail, food, spa, or similar industry OR
• 1 year of reception or administrative work experience
