Job Descripition:
To answer incoming call and provide accurate information/transfer the call to concern department.
Handling travel , ticket boolking.
Greet guests courteously, establish reason for their visit, and direct them to appropriate departments.
Dispatch of inward and outward couriers and maintaining their records properly.
Supervising Security & Housekeeping Team.
Helping Admin and HR Dept as per requirement.
Candidate would be doing front office plus admin role.
Handle booking of meeting rooms.
