Streamline Business NZ Limited, trading as Streamline, is a subsidiary of Streamline Business Group Limited, a New Zealand based company, head-quartered in Auckland. Streamline currently offers its Business Process solutions to corporate entities throughout Australasia and the South Pacific.

As part of the ongoing development of our technology stack, Streamline is looking to establish a remote team in Gurgaon, to assist our current New Zealand based development team.

At the core of our software is PHP and modern JavaScript. This has lately been augmented by other technologies. Our current long-term model is based on a segregated front-end / back-end development principle.

To Support This, The Following Technologies Are Utilised

• PHP 7.x (7.2 as target) for backend development
• AWS as software delivery (hosting and use of SDK)
• VueJS for Single-Page-App development
• AWS as software delivery (hosting and use of SDK)
• Experience in PHP of 4 or more years, Experience in Wordpress based PHP is not really enough, the 4 years should be across developing full applications not just websites
• Laravel experience is highly preferable (1 or more projects),If a candidate has no Laravel experience then additional experience in Symphony, CodeIgniter, YII of 2+ years active development
• >Experience in AWS but around specific parts, need SDK level experience in using:
  

SQS, SNS, S3, SES, Cognito

• Additional experience in software development life cycle and CICD principles is preferred

Your Work Experience

• A minimum of 4 years experience in an active PHP development role
• Experience developing complex applications / systems (more than WordPress)

• Strong document writing / reading skills
• Experience with software project management and collaboration tools (Atlassian, Slack)
  

Your Technical Competencies

• Documented PHP skills
• Experience developing RESTful API platforms
• Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, Yii)
• Experience using external libraries / SDKs / APIs
• Experience with git code management (gitflow)
• Experience with TDD (unit testing / code review / automated testing)
• Experience with Docker
  

Successful candidates will be required to have a current passport and be free to travel to New Zealand of required.
