Development Experience: Some experience or coursework in both Back-End and Front-End Development (Web and Mobile)

Frameworks and Libraries: Experience with React Native and React.js

Programming Languages: Experience with Java, preferably Java 11 and later versions

UX/UI Design: Experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a portfolio showcasing design skills

Development Practices: Interest in Test Driven Development (TDD)

Architecture: Understanding of microservices architecture, containerization, and Kubernetes is a plus

Database Systems: Experience with database management systems and NoSQL databases, preferably Couchbase; knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL

Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git

Troubleshooting and Debugging: Ability to work independently with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills

Work Under Pressure: Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus

Education: Completed a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or a postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
