Job Description

KRAs

Leading a team of developers and owning the full product lifecycle.
Code reviews, mentorship, and individual contribution.
Designing solutions to complex business problems, Server-side business logic implementation.
Developing REST API's, while Ensuring high performance and responsiveness
Writing reusable, testable, optimized, and efficient code
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Integration of UI elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Required Skills Sets

Mandatory :
Expert in Python, Django, Javascript, ReactJS, AngularJS, Javascript, VueJS, etc DRF.
Working Knowledge of search technologies such as Solr, ElasticSearch, haystack.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Familiarity with some ORM libraries.
Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
Knowledge of databases and caching frameworks like MySQL, Mongo, Memcached, Redis.
Basic knowledge of python compatible task queue infrastructures like Celery and rabbitMQ.
Team handling experience
Good to have :
Knowledge of UWSGI, GUNICORN, and NGINX.
Knowledge of Cloud Architecture - Google Cloud Platform, AWS.
Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, and CSS3, jQuery, angularJS.
Basic knowledge of Python machine learning components like Pandas.
Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
Basic knowledge of GIT, Jenkins, Redmine, Newrelic.
Able to create database schemas for business processes.
Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
