We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented Full-stack Developer who has experience in building innovative, mission-critical, high volume applications & services. Responsible for the development and maintenance of key system features.
Will work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.
Will work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.
Will establish architectural principles, select design patterns and work with team members on their appropriate application.
You will be working with our candid and collaborative team, where your knowledge and advice about application architecture and the newest mobile technologies will be highly appreciated.
The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality. You’ll also help ensure solid application performance and an excellent user experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably 1+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
Strong analytical thinker who knows how to pick the right tool for the right job.
Experience taking a lead role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered.
Proven track record of building highly trafficked mobile experiences e.g. Android applications, iOS applications, etc.
Bachelor degree or relevant work experience.
Strong demonstrated skills implementing and deploying high volume and highly scalable services.
Strong skills and experience with programming, design, and architecture, and familiarity/experience with AWS and other cloud technologies.
Experience in full stack development ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems.

Responsibilities

You will assume complete ownership of the projects you deliver while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders on all elements of the development process. You are expected to demonstrate good learnability and adopt technologies that help build large scale, performance, reliable and sustainable systems.

- Deep knowledge of AWS Elastic Beanstalk, serverless tech, database – PostgreSQL, Language - TypeScript, Runtime: Ndejs, Application server: Expressjs, API: GraphQL (apolloJS)/REST.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries.

- Familiarity with the JSON format

- Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications

- Familiarity with Git and push notifications and Firebase

- Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences

Yuhu is a funded esports based startup. We are based out of India and Singapore. Founders are widely experienced in the mobile gaming space. At Yuhu, we’re hiring and developing some of the smartest minds on the planet.

We are very flexible when it comes to work culture. We would be hiring for 40 hours per week, currently for remote positions owing to the pandemic.
