· Computer Science degree or relevant IT based qualification

Responsibilities and Duties

· Work on the development and build of a number of exciting new ventures and client web build projects

· Take on an existing portfolio of client web build, maintenance and development projects

· Take already UX/UI produced designs and wireframes and accurately translate into clean code providing the visual elements for the website or application

· Ensure that all websites and applications are fully responsive, mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible

· Perform code testing, bug testing and fault finding

· Follow best practices in UI/UX testing in terms of Cross-browser and cross-platform testing

· Manage hosting on AWS and server and database management

Required Experience and Qualifications

· At least 6 years experience as a full-stack developer

· Expert in HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery

· Expert in PHP, with a working knowledge of at least 1 framework

· Expert in Wordpress should be able to extend and modify plugins

· Expert in converting PSDs to pixel perfect HTML templates

· Working knowledge of any HTML templating system is a plus

· Good at working with Linux - Apache servers. Knowledge of AWS is a plus.

· Expert in MYSql and PostgreSQL , NoSQL is a plus

· Experience in using unit test frameworks and front end testing technologies.
