- Software development skills across the entire stack UI, Services, Data and Infrastructure
- Technology toolbelt that includes leading-edge languages and tools with knowledge on when and why to use them
- Having experience with AWS is an asset, but any Cloud infrastructure platform is a strong starting point (eg. Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Adopt industry best practices in all of your projects - TDD, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, linting
