We are looking for a team of Full-stack Engineers based in India to work with the Product Team based in the USA. This will be one integrated team working together to take advantage of 24- 7 operations over the two time zones.

As part of the operations, we would expect you to work a few hours overlapping first half of Pacific Time Zone (9 PM to 1 AM, IST). The remainder can be during the day time in India with flexible working hours, as long as deliverables are met. A committed and ambitious contributor who knows how to focus on productivity and efficient delivery in a global organisation.

We're looking for motivated Full-stack Engineers ready to play an integral role in our Product Team.

POSITION And TEAM

This cross-functional role works closely with the team's Chief Product Officer, Product Managers, and Designers. As part of a small agile team, you'll be working alongside another engineer to rapidly prototype, implement features, and UI/UX designs, striving for weekly updates. Our stack includes a VueJS frontend, NodeJS (Express) API, and Postgres database.

Requirements

Interest in global startup innovation and working within cross-functional teams
Strong communications skills - we move quickly and work to keep everyone informed on our progress daily
Experience building single-page applications (SPA) with component-based frameworks like React or Vue preferred
Exposure to NodeJS, webpack, and test-driven development
Strong foundation of JavaScript fundamentals
Strong foundation of HTML/CSS (media queries, templating languages, etc)
Mobile app development experience preferred
Ability to communicate with non-technical team members
3+ years of experience or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience working with a start-up or software development organisation
