Your Role and Responsibilities

Develop SCIS features with full stack technology stack working with both front end and backend requirements including databases, APIs Participate in agile backlog grooming and planning and execution of your work Complete code reviews and design reviews Deliver work throughout planned iteration Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Participate in Testing cycles for production code to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software IBMReferred_India

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years developing with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript using a common JS framework preferably Angular 7) and backend technologies (nosql, Java, Spring, APIs, Kafka),Node.js-based toolchain (NPM, Grunt, Gulp)
• Good understanding of API Gateways management, microservices and logging using log4j
• Good understanding of unit, behavioral and end-to-end testing (Junit, Karma, Cypress, Mocha)
• Experience with enterprise level apps and tools for monitoring

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Semantic HTML, modular CSS and JavaScript sans frameworks Cross-browser quirks and compatibility for UI development
• Microservices based service experience with any nosql db preferably ES, Graphdb and Java as a backend language
• Working with and integrating APIs (REST / Graphql)
• Team Git workflow and version control
• Scrum/agile software development methodologies
• Continuous delivery toolchain (Jenkins, Travis, Kubernetes)
• Good understanding of monitoring/ logging tools such as New Relic, Instana, Graylog
• Understanding of cloud engineering (containerization / docker, deployments)
• Knowledge of Kafka, big data technologies is a plus
