RehabPath jobs - Full-Stack Web Developer (React/Wordpress App)

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects. 

RehabPath, a US company based in Madison WI and with an office in Pune, owns a number of websites in a variety of markets worldwide. Our Pune office primarily works in the Indian market by providing a comprehensive data set of treatment centers around the country, while providing an advertising platform to treatment center.

The primary website that you will be maintaining and part ofrebuilding is found at Rehabs.in. This site is hosted on AWS, and built on a mix of Wordpress and ReactJS, which needs to be maintained, with some additional features built. We have 2 sites that are on our most recent, modern stack: luxuryrehabs.com and rehabpath.co.uk. Ideally any new version of Rehabs.in would be built on the same or similar stack, which includes some of the following:

• ReactJS
• Wordpress API
• NodeJS
• Google Cloud
• Firebase
• Algolia

Responsibilities

• Maintain our existing site architecture (Rehabs.in),including bug fixes and minor feature requests.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration
• Work cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science (IIT/BITS/Tier 1 Schools Preferred)
• 3-7 years' of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Wordpress proficiency
• Ability to work with and communicate well with a US-based team (prior experience in this will be weighted heavily)
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• BONUS: Proficiency in ReactJS (preferred) and/or VueJS

About RehabPath India Private Limited  

RehabPath India is a subsidiary of an American startup, RehabPath, Inc. We own Rehabs.in, India's primary site for finding addiction treatment information, and our Indian subsidiary is primarily focused on building and growing that endeavor. This subsidiary was set up in May 2019, and as we grow our Indian team there is direct involvement from both our US team and Indian leadership. 

All of our sites seek to provide comprehensive listings of addiction treatment options for site visitors. We rely on organic Google results to drive traffic to our sites. We list all treatment centers for free and monetize the sites by selling advertising and upgrades to treatment centers that are listed on the sites.
