Functional Consultant- Zoho CRM
Job Location: Delhi
Job Description
• Hands on experience in Configuring and Customizing the applications on the ZOHO platform.
• Proficiency in admin tasks like creating Apps, Objects, Fields, Relationship, Page Layouts, Search Layout, custom buttons, custom tabs, Schema Builder.
• Good experience to automate the business process using validation rules, workflows, and Flows.
• Good in creating Process Builder and defined related tasks, time-triggered tasks, email alerts, field updates to implement business logic.
• Experience in creating Email Templates, Approval Processes, and defined Approval actions on created profiles.
• Proficient in creating advance Reports and Dashboards.
• Experience in Profiles, Permission Set, Territory Management, Sharing Rules.
• Good understanding of Web to Lead and Web to Case and Lead conversion process.
• Extensive experience in Data Loader and Import Wizard for Data migration activities.
• Basic Knowledge in Deployment and integration.
Hands on experience in creating custom app pages, Record page, Home page in the lightning platform and all other admin tasks in lightning.

The person should be excellent in designing Zoho CRM solutions according to the nature and domain of the business. Should know about Blueprints and designing of the same.
Should be good and efficient in handling a Team.
Have done demos in past experience.
Should have good project management skills.
Should have skills to think and bring out good solutions
Should have excellent communication skills. Understanding, writing and speaking..
