CASPR India jobs - Fundraising Administration

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Raise funds for our cause and regularly meet or surpass fundraising targets
2. Research potential donors to gain insight into needs, beliefs, and donation habits to understand how to position our organization to them
3. Assist in brainstorming and creating new methods to raise funds for our organization
4. Leverage technology and social media where possible to improve fundraising
activities
5. Strategize and execute events meant to raise funds and coordinate activities related to it
6. Analyze the performance of events and other fundraising activities for effectiveness and to identify areas where money can be saved
7. Collaborate with other organizations and groups within the community to build partnerships and enhance fundraising activities
8. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
9. Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
10. Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure
maximum efficiency
11. Oversee day-to-day operations
12. Develop organizational policies
13. Manage administrative budgets and disbursing funds to
divisions/managers etc.
14. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors
15. Maintain corporate relationships
16. Liaison with HR and other departments for effective performance monitoring and overall people management
