1) Liaising with customers and understanding their requirements.
2) Arrange Product samples as per client design with the appropriate fabric, accessories, and trims based on client specifications.
3) Verifying it meets the client's requirements and sending it for approval.
4) Arrange client-approved sample and job card with complete instructions of sizes break ups, accessories, and all other special requirements to the production department.
5) Ensuring the production is complete on time and tracking it with daily status reports.
6) Passing on the necessary paperwork with the order quantities, and composition based on the client purchase order to the documentation department.
7) Ensuring timely dispatch of orders to the client.
8) Visiting the factory if required for production work.
9) Taking follow-up from fabric and accessories dept.
10) Follow up with the vendor that the order date is met and is received accessories are.
11) Costing & Update to buyer accordingly.
