Job Description

Name of the post: GDMO

2. Educational Qualification & desirable work Experience: 

i. M.B.B.S with experience in ICU working and operation of ventilator Machine.
ii. The candidate should be M.B.B.S and registered with the Indian Medical Council.
iii. One year work experience in a reputed hospital

3. No. of vacancies: 33

4. Community breakup : UR- 17, OBC-09, SC-05, ST-02

5. Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 75,000/-(GDMO). (for Retired State/Central Government Medical Officers including Railways, the monthly remuneration + Pension drawn by Retired doctors should not exceed last Pay drawn).

6. Preference will be given in engagement to Retired Railway doctors followed by Retired State/Central government doctors and then to candidates from open market.

7. Medical Examination: The empanelled candidates shall undergo the required medical examination before the contract is entered into for fitness to perform the work awarded.

Age Limit:
For candidates from open market- Should not have completed 53 years of age as on 01.04.2021. However, this upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. For Retired Medical Officers from State / Central Government including retired Railway doctors – should not have completed 65 years of age as on 01.04.2021.
