Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or promotions

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Explain products/services clearly and professionally

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers

• Maintain and update customer databases/CRM records

• Follow up on pending leads and customer requests

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

• Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications
