Senior Management Grade(SMG)

General Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Qualification : Graduate with Qualified Chartered Accountant of India (ACA) / Qualified Cost Accountant (CMA)/MBA with specialisation in Finance from a recognised Indian university/ Institute. Desirable: A Degree in Law/Degree or Diploma in Corporate Communication from a Govt. recognized Indian university/ Institute. And /OR A Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)

Experience : 20 years of postqualification experience as a General Manager/DGM/Senior Manager level in a Company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956/2013. Persons working in Govt. sector/Public sector applying for the post should have out of the total experience a minimum of two (02) years regular service in i.e.,(i) CDA pattern of Pay scale in level 13 (Revised) and above in the Central pay matrix OR (ii) drawing a Grade Pay of Rs.8700/- or more in the pre-revised CDA pattern pay structure OR (iii) E7 level or E6 equivalent IDA pattern of Pay scale of Rs.36600-62000/-(prerevised) / Rs.90000- 240000/- (Revised) OR (iv) Should have worked as Head of Finance functions at equivalent level of scale of Pay with CTC of around Rs.16 lacs per annum in a Private Sector Company preferably manufacturing /continuous process plant /Pulp and Paper Industry having a turnover of Rs.100 Crores or more.

Qualification : 1.Graduate with 2 yrs Full time course MBA (HR/IR/Personnel) /MSW (HR) with 60% marks from a recognised Indian university/ Institute. (OR) Graduate with PG Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel with 60% marks (2 years Full time) or Equivalent from a recognised Indian university/ Institute. Desirable A degree in law will be desirable

Experience : 15 years of postqualification industry experience as an executive conversant with human resource management, Personnel functions, industrial relations and general administration, out of which minimum 2 years regular service should be in one grade below i.e., in (i) CDA pattern of Pay scale in level 12 (Revised) in the Central pay matrix OR , (ii) drawing a Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- or more in the pre-revised CDA pattern pay structure OR (ii) drawing a Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- or more in the pre-revised CDA pattern pay structure OR (iii) E5 level or E4 equivalent IDA pattern of Pay scale of Rs.29100- 54500/- (pre-revised) / Rs.70000-200000/- (Revised) OR (iv) At equivalent level of scale of pay in reputed Private company preferably manufacturing company having a turnover of Rs.75 Crores or more.

Assistant General Manager (Supply Chain Management)

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech. (full time) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized Indian University /Institute as approved by AICTE in any of the following branches i.e., Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics /Chemical Engg. Desirable: a) A 2-year PG Diploma/MBA in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management from any reputed and recognized Indian Institute/University OR b) Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from Indian Institute of Materials Management.

Experience : 15 years of post - qualification industry experience as an executive conversant in Procurement/Contracting / Supply Chain Management/ Logistics / Material Management / Imports & Exports / etc. in process industry/ manufacturing industry out of which minimum 2 years regular service should be in one grade below i.e.,in (i) CDA pattern of Pay scale in level 12 (Revised) in the Central pay matrix OR (ii) drawing a Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- or more in the pre-revised CDA pattern pay structure OR (iii) E5 level or E4 equivalent IDA pattern of Pay scale of Rs.29100- 54500/- (pre-revised) / Rs.70000 -200000/- (Revised) OR (iv) At equivalent level of scale of pay in reputed Private company preferably manufacturing company having a turnover of Rs.75 Crores or more.
