General Manager (Finance & Accounts) /

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: At least 15 years post qualification experience in the areas of Budget preparation, Financial Management and MIS reporting, Audit and Accounts, Direct and Indirect Taxation and knowledge of latest FA / Tally package in Senior Management Cadre at L-11 of 7th CPC in Organizations having implemented 7th CPC or in Public Sector Undertakings / Autonomous Bodies / Cooperative / Commercial Undertakings etc. of repute with minimum annual turnover of Rs. 500 crore drawing salary and perks in the range of L-11 of 7th CPC.

Annual Compensation: Rs. 78800-209200 (L-12) of Central Govt. Pay Scale) with Nafed’s perks & benefits which includes Basic Salary, DA, HRA , Transport Allowance, CEA, Leave Encashment, LTC, Cashless Group Mediclaim Insurance, etc. The initial monthly gross salary will be in the range of Rs. 1.23 lakhs with annual CTC in the range of Rs. 17 lakhs.

Manager (HR)

Qualification: Masters in Business Administration (Regular) with main subject as HRD or Two Years full time PGDM from Institute of repute recognized by AICTE with specialization in HRD.

Experience: Should have minimum work experience of 10 years with preferably 5 years in Managerial Cadre in HR, Administrative, Vigilance and Establishment Deptts. at L-10 of 7th CPC in Organizations having implemented 7th CPC or in Public Sector Undertakings / Autonomous Bodies / Cooperative / Commercial Undertakings etc. of repute with minimum annual turnover of Rs. 500 crore drawing salary and perks in the range of L-10 of 7th CPC .

Role and Responsibilities: Should be well versed in Human Resource Development skills, Labour and Industrial Laws, Personnel, General Administration, Training skills, knowledge of Employee’s Welfare Schemes and conducting Vigilance inquiries as per CVC norms and guidelines etc.  

Skill Sets Expected:   Experience of preparation of HR Plan and its effective implementation, Staff Welfare Plan, etc.  Analytical skill and Creativity.  Effective Communication and Organization Skill.  Excellent command over oral / written English language. Proficient in use of latest computer based applications.

Annual Compensation: Rs. 67700-208700 (L-11) of Central Govt. Pay Scale) with Nafed’s perks & benefits which includes Basic Salary, DA, HRA , Transport Allowance, CEA, Leave Encashment, LTC, Cashless Group Mediclaim Insurance, etc. The initial monthly gross salary will be in the range of Rs. 1.10 lakhs (approx) with annual CTC in the range of Rs. 14.55 lakhs (approx).

Assistant Manager (Legal
)/ 01Post

Qualification: Full-time Graduate Degree in any discipline and Full-time Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B.) (03 years professional course) with minimum 50% mark OR 05 years Integrated B.A. LL.B. with minimum 50% marks from reputed University/Institution. The degree should also be recognized by the Bar Council of India. The candidate registered as Legal Practitioner / Advocate / Solicitor in the State Bar Council shall be given preference.

Preferable  : Working knowledge of Marathi Language.

Experience: Minimum 05 (Five) years’ post qualification experience (excluding training period) as a Law Executive in State/ Central Government Department(s)/ Institution(s)/ Undertaking (s) and/ or Large Private Sector Organization(s)/ Institution(s)/ Company(ies) or as an Advocate in Reputed Law Firm(s). Candidates having experience as an Advocate in Reputed Law Firm(s) must have enrolled themselves with the concerned Bar Council as an advocate. Preference would be given to candidates having sound experience and exposure to laws of recovery, arbitration, labour, employment, etc.

Role and Responsibilities: To deal with all the legal matters/ litigation of the Federation. Incumbent will also have to look after the arbitration matters and other matters of conciliation, adjudications etc. before different forum/ tribunal and any other authorities. He/she will also represent organization in various Dispute Redressal Forums, District Courts, Civil Courts, Tribunals, High Courts. Knowledge of Arbitration, recovery suits, cheque bounce matters, Consumer Disputes, Laws related to Labour Laws, Civil and Criminal etc is essential. To draft legal documents, Lease Agreements, vet documents and to give opinion on legal issues.

Annual Compensation: Rs. 47600-151100 (L-8) of Central Govt. Pay Scale) with Nafed’s perks & benefits which includes Basic Salary, DA, HRA , Transport Allowance, CEA, Leave Encashment, LTC, Cashless Group Mediclaim Insurance, etc. The initial monthly gross salary will be in the range of Rs. 73,450 with annual CTC in the range of Rs. 10 lakhs.

Present Place of Posting: Mumbai but transferable anywhere in India.  

Age Limit: 25-35 years on the date of advertisement.
