Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the overall operational aspects of sales revenue including P&L as well as planning and developing strategies and executing initiatives to drive online sales conversion.
Must manage and lead the entire team to ensure high service delivery standards and execution of customer online orders with regard to the industry's best practices.
Cross-team coordination, management, executive, and presentation skills are essential.
The candidate is expected to be skilled in understanding Ecommerce customer needs, setting and managing expectations of online retail food business requirements.
He must possess good knowledge of FMCG, its products and functioning, and also of imported, gourmet, organic, artisanal food products.
Must have demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns and have good knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics) and optimizing Adwords campaigns.
Experience: 10+ years in digital and E-commerce space (Prior experience in online retail food & grocery delivery channels is advantageous)
