Job Description

About the job:

The candidate should have a massive interest in hospitality
Manage guest bookings and ensure guests are looked after
Manage the housekeeping staff at the guest house
Reply to company emails
Reporting of daily accounts, etc
Have impeccable customer service and manage sales
Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO)
Would be helpful if he/she knows MS Office, MS Excel well
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Able to get corporate bookings and handle their queries
