effective Business Operations and service delivery of all the projects. Possess
sound knowledge about the Pumps business trend & foresight of the way the
business is going to be in years ahead. Should be able to direct the project
operations skillfully in line with the project requirements.
Sales Acumen: Effective sales support in
line with the EPC sales team. Shall possess a versatile & rich experience
in developing business & taking it to next level, in both the domestic
& international markets. Should have proven track record of business
development in these markets. Responsible for Budget / Sales to define &
prepare annual budget against the sales forecast. Sales forecast is to be
reviewed with the help of market intelligence, Available business avenues,
Organization strength & capacity. Vice versa Organization capacity should
be aligned with the required sales forecast in view of Increase in Turnover
anticipated YoY.
Techno-Commercial Acumen- Skill in making correct
decisions & good judgements technically as well commercially.
Business Development – He should be able to
maintain the existing business & simultaneously accelerate new business
growth. New ideas & strategies for business generation shall be implemented.
Optimization in cost & design shall be focussed to fetch quantum business.
Networking in Solar Field – He should possess good
networking skills & shall continuously endeavour to form business
relationship & recognize, create & act upon the business opportunities
identified, share information & seek potential partners to form ventures.
Regulatory and Strategic
Alliances in Renewable Energy – He should be well versed with the mandate &
Clauses of the State electricity Regulatory commission. He should have
knowledge & experience of the processes here, along with the work
experience with these bodies. Sustainable relations with crucial positions here
will be necessary to deal with them efficiently.
Cross
Functional team Management – He shall be able to skillfully manage
a cross functional team using specific expertize of people/teams to work
towards a common goal, motive or project. He will be responsible to form,
monitor, guide, address constraints of such cross functional multiple teams
& make them work to get results as desired.
Organization Building – He should have expertise
in developing & strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes
& resources that the organization need to sustain, adapt & thrive in
view of future growth plans & targets. He should be also responsible to
create a dynamic, efficient & creative working environment. Sustaining man
power turnover & devising efficient solutions also should be his skill.
