On behalf of Burger Lounge, a fast-food franchise with over 12 outlets across the region, We are currently in search of a General Manager to oversee the brand, essentially taking on the role of a CEO for our organization.
At present, our team comprises a Culinary Chef and an accounts department. We are seeking a candidate who is over 35 years old, with a proven track record in managing franchise businesses and expanding brands. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel extensively, work closely with franchise owners, and establish efficient systems and ecosystems within the business.
Your expertise in sourcing top talent from Kerala would be highly valued. We are prepared to offer a competitive salary ranging from 50,000 to 75,000 Indian Rupees, commensurate with the candidate's experience and performance. Additionally, travel allowances and other benefits will be provided. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
