Teknobuilt jobs - Geographic Information System Developer

We are looking for a GIS Developer who has a passion and proven track record in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) based software development, along with a desire to work on new age technologies to enable better decision making for real-world to solve global scale problems.

Qualification:
-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
-Masters Degree in GIS would be an added advantage
-4+ years of experience in working with GIS and satellite imagery with expertise in vector and raster datasets for runtime rendering
-2+ years of designing and implementation experience with distributed and/or cloud applications
-Capable of quick prototyping and rapid iteration to ‘fail fast’ while solving problems of high technical complexity
-Knowledge about projections, coordinate systems, geo-referencing, map publishing using server architecture and modelling

Skill set:
Open Layers, Python (Django framework),Postgres SQL
