This individual will coordinate the development and implementation of digital and social media measurement and KPI tracking to drive business insight and consumer experience. This individual will be a single point of contact for the offshore Global Digital & Social Intelligence Center with regard to digital metrics and will assume responsibility of execution of deliverables that are driven by the technical and business requirements.

Certification and/or Licenses
Experience - functional/industry/commercial knowledge, business acumen
2+ years of experience in digital measurement & tools, including website analytics (using Google Analytics or similar) and CRM systems (using Exact Target or similar)
Experience with website optimization, tagging, journey analysis and conversion improvement (preferred)
Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization software (Tableau preferred),Excel and basic statistics
Demonstrated skills and results in synthesizing & analyzing complex datasets to generate business insights
Demonstrated ability to connect the dots between data and business understanding
Familiarity with and passion for marketing discipline and martech tools
