As a member of the Global Mobility team in the PG business, you will support the business with Project Workers working on site. Reporting to the Global Mobility Project Worker Team Lead, you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information on project workers while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.
• Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.
• Manage the assignment process for Project Workers in-line with Hitachi ABB Power Grids Global Mobility policies and philosophy.
• Ensuring that site information is communicated with the project workers before travel to site (e.g. site information meetings)
• Provide advice, guidance and support to Project Worker’s on all matters relating to tax, immigration and legal requirements in respect to the assignment and onboarding procedures.
• Ensuring that the correct paperwork is completed before departure e.g. Project Worker Agreement, Secondment agreements, certificate of coverage/A1, tax registration, advance tax agreement.
• Administrating and keeping track of all needed documents for visa and tax procedures including collecting and registering site time reports.
• Liaises with HR Business partner and relevant business line to coordinate assignment move process.
• Supporting site interface managers within their areas of responsibility.
• Follow up the planning of personnel together with the site interface managers.

Your background

• Experienced in different aspects of Human Resources such as international workforce matters, tax, compensation, etc. (minimum of three years of experience is required).
• You should be comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures.
• You have a bachelor's degree.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English.
• You have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office tools; Outlook, Excel, Word
• You have excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• You are proactive and have got analytical skills and good attention to detail
