Configuring VLAN on Switch like Mogra Switches(MROTECK),RTS(Real Time Switch),
D-Link, TP-Link , Voltek Switches and Radio
*Working on Radios like Cambium , PS5, PB5, Nano beam , Radwin and Ligowave Radio,
*Handling Last mile TCL and Airtel Clients.
*Monitoring the NNI connection.
* Monitoring of Network amp; Client End Connectivity via various NMS Tools such as Flex master, Zone director, Telnet, etc.
* Monitoring air time, noise floor, ping response and bandwidth of access point.
*Monitoring Traffic load on network link using MRTG tool.
*Monitoring AP(Access Points) and CPE (Customer Premises Equipment ).
*Troubleshooting Leased Line related Problems.
*Sending RFO (Reason for Outage) to Customers.
*Start to end follow up with the customer by raising a Trouble Ticket in Siebel application.
*Co-coordinating with the concerned teams for the resolution of the faults within SLA (service level agreement) for the deferred network service.
*Monitors problem management database and follows up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems.
