Job Description for the position for Global Service Desk.
Job Location: Navi Mumbai.
The CTC Range for the Role is 4.5 - 5.5 LPA and would require working only in Night Shifts as this is Support for US Employees.
Requirements:
Excellent Spoken English
Logging call received by Business Users from Email/Phone/Web
Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops.
OS Support on Windows 7, Windows 10 & other System Software support.
Software Support on MS Office, O365, Office Automation, Anti-virus software & E-Mail Client(Outlook).
Providing Remote Support to the calls logged
Configure / troubleshoot Network connectivity of desktops / laptops
Troubleshooting issues related to Internet, Intranet.
Laptop/Desktop Encryption Support.
Configuring the printers & resolving print related issues of the users.
Support for VPN connectivity support.
Escalating and Coordinating with respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.
Co-ordinate and escalation with other support groups.
