About Human Resources
At Calypso Technology, we are building a world-class HR team, with the Talent Acquisition team at the center, partnering with business leaders to develop and execute high impact talent attraction strategies which result in an organization of high caliber talent. We are seeking a talented and experienced TA Operations Specialist to support the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. This role will be pivotal in moving the Talent Acquisition team away from a transactional model and creating a strategic function capable of delivering against the demands of “new world” talent acquisition.

As the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will have oversight and responsibility for driving global and regional strategic initiatives across various programs of work, technology, and process optimization/enhancement and branding. There is no line management required, but hands-on coaching to the global Talent Acquisition team on effective channels to market, technology, and process optimization would be an essential component to the role.
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to succeed in a strategic but hands-on and challenging role. Building partnerships, driving innovative thinking, and influencing will be key to the success of this role.
Programs And Initiatives
Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Global Head of TA on the delivery of Calypso-wide talent attraction projects and initiatives including but not limited to Employee Referral program, Diversity and Inclusion, candidate experience, and sourcing channel training.
- End to end design, implementation, management, and review of both global and regional attraction programs across Calypso.
Technology And Tools
- Ownership of all Talent Acquisition tools and technology and ensure the team is effectively utilizing Taleo and other sourcing tools.
- Creation and implementation of streamlined governance frameworks and reporting metrics relating to the ATS, TALEO.
- Stay ahead of market and technology trends, ensuring Calypso is ahead of the curve and delivering a best in class candidate attraction strategy.
- Review trends using qualitative and quantitative data as well as personal/team knowledge of the employment and candidate attraction market.
Branding
- Lead the Employer Brand strategy and plan.
- Optimizing the careers site and all other external social media platforms.
- Ensure our value proposition is having the desired effect to drive Calypso’s employer brand into the external market
- Manage external vendor relationships.
Your Experience
- Extensive experience in recruitment operations or analyst role with solid knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment tools, and various external sourcing channels
- Proven ability working with reporting tools and dashboards to create meaningful insights for the TA team to influence hiring decisions
- Experience in recruitment channel strategies and recruitment marketing for internal and external audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise and experience working on regional or global branding initiatives focused on B2Talent
- Extensive experience designing and implementing various talent acquisition-related programs catering to both the internal and external talent landscape

- Strong communication skills, ability to articulate a variety of issues and solutions to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
- Comfortable ‘owning’ the details and driving execution as well as mapping out broader talent strategies
- Comfortable working occasionally in ambiguous circumstances to forge new ideas and approaches
- The desire and drive to be creative and consistently bring new ideas to the table.
- The desire to want to get involved with the operational execution as well as designing the strategic solution.
- 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience
