Elevate Services jobs - Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Elevate is recruiting a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will be part of a highly skilled global recruiting team working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for Elevate's global locations. You will collaborate with the onshore recruitment teams to identify the right candidates for various service lines and close positions within defined SLAs.

Specifically, This Role Will

Responsibilities & Qualifications 

• Collaborate with sourcing/recruitment partners and customers to make sure that role requirements and their expectations are being met
• Use proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques including, but not limited to job boards as well as boolean searches, referrals, social media and networks
• Conduct first level screening of global candidates and track status on Applicant Tracking Systems
• Be a key point of contact between candidates, hiring managers and onshore recruiting team
• Manage daily information/candidate data tracking in the ATS and generate reports
• Build a global database of candidates
• Maintain and work continously towards improving our CSAT and SLAs
• Maintain, manage and update the candidate database and conduct regular data audit 
  
  

Essential Experience And Skills

• 3-5 years of experience working in the Talent Acquisition function of a global organization
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening and selection of global candidates primarily in US and UK 
  
  

Technical Skills

• Experience of working on various Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience of working on global job boards like Indeed, CareerBuilder, Dice, Reed, Monster, etc.
• Experience of sourcing candidates via social media avenues 
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is a must
• MBA is preferable
