Job Brief

Customer Service & Operations of Gold Loan. Customer Acquisition. Cross-sell products of the bank.

Qualification Minimum

Graduation. Preferred MBA / PG.

Age Criteria 25 to 35 Years Required Experience From NBFC (Gold loan company) preferred. New Gen. Banks, with gold loan experience, may also be considered.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Gold Loan

MANDATE Product & Functional Knowledge Knowledge in Gold Loan with experience in Gold purity check & Gold Loan Evaluation. Should ideally have Gold Loans operations and Gold purity assessment experience. Capability/ Competency in the assessment of gold (critical parameter). Technical Knowledge Working knowledge of computers. Language Proficiency Proficiency in Regional Language and English Other Details Keywords. Industry Banking/Financial Services/Broking
