Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

The product offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling.
Scope

To carry out activities related to Manufacturing Engineering and maintaining personal safety at workplace.

Main Responsibilities To Handle In This Position

To follow the best EHS practices, identifying & reporting Hazard and also working in-line with Sandvik way.
Responsible for Prove out of parts, setup of CNC machines & its operation and make required documentation.
Need to work in shop floor, operate CNC Machines and produce the prototype batch production.
Responsible for being integral part of team in installation and commissioning of new equipment and process.
Candidate is responsible for making of Process drawings and fixture drawings.
To study and improve Manufacturing processes, procedures etc. aimed at lowering Manufacturing cost.
Research, benchmark, introduce and maintain safety practices in all activities and supported areas.
Supporting for making CAD drawing and Layout drawing.
Responsible for coordinating with Plant Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering & Production for Scheduling of new product development and project activities.
Responsible for sending RFQ, Making Technical evaluation, make comparative studies and come up with recommendation for new cutting tools and fixtures
To support and facilitate 5S and point kaizens activities for operations

Your profile

An Engineering graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering company from MNC preferably female candidates.
Basic Knowledge in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing processes, Knowledge in 5S, Lean manufacturing
Ability to adapt & implement modern technology quickly
Idea with Modern Machine shop and Automation
Working Hands on in CAD tools
Good oral and written Communication skills, Positive attitude, Soft skills, Proficiency in MS office.
Familiar with Manufacturing Operation and CNC machines
Soft Skills: Teamwork, Good Communication, Positive attitude & ready to take up challenges
