Graduate Engineer Trainee Responsibilities:

• Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the SMEClabs.
• Shadowing senior staff at SMEClabs, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.
• Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate to your reporting person at SMEClabs.
• Conducting research and completing tasks as instructed by SMEClabs engineers.
• Observing health and safety regulations at all times during your tenure with SMEClabs.
• Participating in meetings and attending workshops to represent SMEClabs and other training initiatives.
• Analysing data and writing reports as specified by SMEClabs.
• Taking notes and sharing your findings with your supervisor at SMEClabs and other relevant stakeholders.
• Establishing professional relationships with staff at SMEClabs.
• Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence during your internship period at SMEClabs.

Graduate Engineer Trainee Requirements:

• SMEClabs will consider a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in a technical field would be an advantage to get selected at SMEClabs.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills is one of the major criteria to work at SMEClabs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills would be an added advantage to work at SMEClabs.
• Superb time management and professionalism is mandatory at SMEClabs.
• A growth mindset and willingness to accept criticism.
