Job Description
Designation - Graduate Engineer Trainee
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: INR 3 - 5 LPA
- Training and skill development opportunities.
- Employee benefits and facilities as per company policy.
Bond and Compensation Upon Completion:
- Candidates selected for this role will be required to sign a bond for 3 years.
- Upon successful completion of the bond, a compensation of 2 Lakhs will be provided.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Graduated between 2022 and 2023.
- Minimum of 60% marks in the highest qualification.
- No current backlogs at the time of application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in quality control activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices relevant to the field.
- Participate in an intensive training program to gain an in-depth understanding of our industry, processes, and products.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of [industry-specific] solutions.
- Learn to analyze technical problems, propose solutions, and implement effective strategies.
- Gain hands-on experience in utilizing engineering tools and software relevant to your field.
- Contribute to documentation and reports related to projects and research.
- Participate in training programs and orientation sessions to understand company policies, procedures, and engineering practices.
- Learn and apply engineering principles and techniques to analyze and solve problems related to assigned projects.
- Assist senior engineers in conducting research, designing, and developing new products or improving existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to project planning, execution, and completion within defined timelines.
- Perform tests, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations.
