Introducing the Again Graduate Internship Program

• Again Drinks offers a Graduate Internship Program for those who have completed their Graduate or Post Graduate degree in either 2018 or 2019 and are wanting to gain hands-on, on-the-job work experience in a fast-growing, start-up consumers products (FMCG) company while continuing to look for a permanent job of their dreams!

What are the benefits?

• Monthly stipend of Rs 10,000 per month
• Additional incentives up to Rs 3,000 per month (performance based)
• Letter of recommendation and Star Performer award (for top performers)
• Permanent job offer on completion of Internship (for top performers)
• Flexibility to take a one-day break in a week to continue searching for a job of your choice (optional)

What is the job description?

• During your stint with Again, you will be assigned as an “Again Brand Warrior” to promote the unique and exciting range of Again drinks at partner retail locations (hypermarkets like SPAR, Star Bazaar and supermarkets like Godrej Nature’s Basket, Namdhari’s Fresh etc.).

Your job responsibilities would include:

• Plan and strategize ideas, techniques to present benefits of the brand's product value proposition
• Create awareness and educate customers in our partner retail store locations about our drinks, offer product samples, convince and convert to a purchase decision
• Capture and report feedback and results
• Suggest ideas for better and effective positioning of our products to consumers
• Get involved in other operational aspects like fulfillment, logistics, delivery and merchandising activities on a  periodic basis
