  • Qualify the enquiry that has come in as per the qualification guidelines

  • Define your territory
  • Define segments as per principle/product relevance
  • Define customers under every identified segment (up & above the existing database)
  • Department mapping of the customer to our product portfolio
  • Designation mapping to the done department-product mapping
Tele calling
  • Get the data from any lead generation source
  • Generate lead with the identified person by calling
  • Pass it out as an enquiry
Forecasting & Gap Analysis
  • Gap Analysis of Qualified Lead Generation
  • Fill the Gap bridging template with long term actions
  • Run the identified campaigns as per their processes with other departments
