Role:  Graduate Trainee Engineer

We are looking for a person who has the aptitude and willingness to learn skills on new age Infrastructure Technologies and take up challenging projects.

He needs to be focused on delivering exceptional Customer Experience and ensure Customers make optimum utilization of the Products and Solutions deployed

Your willingness to acquire Certifications on the different Solutions based upon Cloud, Virtualization, Network And Security and  Data Protection.

The internship would be unpaid for a period of 3 months and weekly assessments would be conducted to evaluate your performance. 

 Post completion of your Internship your day-to-day activities and responsibilities are defined as below.

What you would do:

1.       Assessment: 15 % of the time

2.       Deploy Tools and run them to analyze the current IT Setup at the customer location

3.       Generate Reports and interpret Results and provide inputs to the Business Manager for generation of Bill of Material

4.       Participate in Discussions with the customer jointly with the Business team and provide necessary clarifications

Deploy: 50 % of the time

             Deploy the solution in the customer environment

5.       Configure the Solution as per the Design document

6.       Carryout Fine tuning and optimization of the deployed Solution

7.       Train the Customer Administrators on the management of the deployed solution

8.       Carryout validations to ensure that the deployment is as per recommendations and best practices of the OEM

9.       Prepare Configuration Document for the solution deployed

  Manage: 10 % of the time

10.   Carryout regular health checks of the deployed product

11.   Carryout upgrades of the deployed product and solutions

12.   Provide support to the customer regarding Open tickets and issues raised to ensure that the product and solutions are working optimally
