Position Responsibilities: ● Develop and provide escalated support for Graphical database and related
product issues faced by enterprise database team
● Develop support tool for quick access of past issues and resolutions that are
readily available to enterprise developers and DBAs
● Work with larger product management community to gather requirements and
provide first level of escalation for Neo4j related issues
● Work very closely with product manager, Database Architects and Database
Administrators to define technical product requirements and collaborate within
agile team to drive User story/tasks creation along with design and development
activities.
● Automation using DevSecOps and other available tools to expedite the product
development along with First Time Quality
● Engineer who can adapt and learn these specific techniques and skills
● Participate in group sessions within developer community and share knowledge
● Mentors junior team members and contribute in creating and maintaining best
coding practices and oversight using stringent reviews.
● Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following
through details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution
● Monitor the implementation of architecture throughout the system development
lifecycle and seek and provide clarification when needed.
● Work with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations
within Boeing and external partners, across different cultures and time-zones.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
● 1+ years’ experience on database development, customer support and database
support roles
● 1+ years’ experience with customer facing application support and timely
communication with executives
● Hands on experience in development of Graph Database like Neo4J , MarkLogic
or GraphDB to build to store, query, analyze and manage highly connected data
using native graph storage
● Ontology modeling techniques including but not limited to Web Ontology
Language (OWL) and Resource Description Framework (RDF) and Labeled
Property Graph (LPG)
● Experience in native graph processing, graph scalability, high availability, graph
clustering, graphs in the cloud, built-in ETL, and integration support
● Must have Cypher scripting skills with performance tuning capabilities
● Experience building Enterprise applications using Java
● Substantial experience in software development with Python
● 1+ years’ experience on working with geographical spread teams across time
zones
● 1+ years Software Development experience in Agile methodology
● 1+ years’ experience on interaction with customers and/or user groups
● Experience in software testing including automated testing is desirable
● Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to
work with partners from within Boeing and outside, across different cultures and
time-zones.
● Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Familiarity and experience building graph structures, knowledge graphs,
knowledge models, and graph visualizations, precedence networks
● Ontology modeling techniques including but not limited to Web Ontology
Language (OWL) and Resource Description Framework (RDF) and Labeled
Property Graph (LPG)
● Graph database skills including but not limited to Neo4J, MarkLogic, and
GraphDB
