As a Graphic Designer Intern at our Custom Designed Trophy Manufacturing setup, your job responsibilities will include the following: 
1. Creating graphic designs that reflect the values, culture, and quality of the company's trophies.
2. Collaborating with clients and sales teams to understand project needs, design briefs, and constraints.
3. Developing ideas and concepts for promotional materials, product packaging, and visual merchandising.
4. Working with a range of media including digital design, 3D modeling, photography, and printing.
5. Keeping up-to-date with design software, new trends, and best practices in the industry.
6. Providing creative support to the production department, which includes working with CNC machines, lasers, and plotters.
7. Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all design elements and media.
8. Preparing print-ready artwork, color proofing, and overseeing the printing process.
9. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and communicating progress with team members.
10. Contributing to the development of new products and services by scouting new trends in the industry and providing creative solutions.
