Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing engaging graphics, visuals, and marketing materials for our brand across various platforms
2. Implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
3. Working on creating graphics for our clients in the financial services or other industries as per the management's directives
4. Creating and scheduling content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
5. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and strategies
6. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the dynamic requirements of our startup environment

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or PowerPoint
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
6. Prior experience or coursework in graphic design, social media management, or related fields is preferred but not required
