Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing campaign materials such as banners, posters etc.
2. Creating static and animated video/GIF-based content for social media handles
3. Designing event/annual reports, presentations, logos, etc.
4. Illustrating comic-like characters for the Sachhi Saheli menstrual awareness and sexual abuse information booklets
5. Examining existing design processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline

2. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

3. 1+ years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.

4. Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills

6. Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Sachhi Saheli has been working relentlessly on breaking taboos and silence around menstruation and sexual abuse. Sachhi Saheli has been undertaking sessions in various schools in Delhi. It has left a mark on the lives of more than 1 Lac girls and boys by helping them overcome stigmas and taboos related to menstruation and by encouraging them to speak up against sexual abuse. Sachhi Saheli extends its level of assistance by going beyond the classroom and organizing events that can reach a larger audience.
