Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create both print and digital materials.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and timely project completion.
- Utilize graphic design software, working across a diverse range of media.
- Prepare images for integration with social media and blog posts.
- Collaborate with the Senior Creative Designer and Manager to develop innovative design concepts.
- Receive constructive feedback from senior team members and implement necessary changes.
- Compile final presentation materials for social media and digital platforms.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Efficient use of tools like Figma, Canva, and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Experience in retouching and manipulating images.
- Diploma in Graphic/Web Designing or a B.Des. in Graphic Design.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of color and humor (bonus points for artistic skills).
- Enjoyment in producing vector illustrations, photo enhancements, collages, drawings, and sketches.
- Quick and adept with shortcuts in design software.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility, responsibility, and effective communication.
