About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing and shaping unique, user-centric products and experiences
2. Creating, improving, and using wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicating your interaction ideas using any of these methods
3. Presenting and defending your design decisions (all your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. colour theory, visual weight, etc.))
4. Keeping yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 26th Jan'21 and 2nd Mar'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should have experience working in agile teams, with developers and copywriters

2. Should be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction

3. Should be a great team player

4. Should have a proven track record

5. Should have a strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview

6. Should have hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.

7. Should have experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch, and Illustrator

8. Having an understanding of basic front-end languages (HTML, CSS, and JS) is an added advantage

9. Should have creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset

10. Should be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
