Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 12000 per performance).

We would be providing the incentives based on the following criteria:

Quality: The design ideology and sample designs would be provided, we would like to see how much could interns improve it in terms of colors, content, and post quality
Speed: The timeline they would take to deliver the project
Accuracy: How much have the designers understood and abided by the design ideation, color palettes with the least intervention from the management. We would review, the amount of understanding the intern has garnered of the brand and its presence and how can they improve it while keeping the sanity of the brand.
