About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Demonstrate proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
2. Utilize familiarity with design software and technologies, including InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and CorelDraw
3. Possess a keen eye for aesthetics and details
4. Work methodically to meet deadlines
5. Preferably hold a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
6. Exhibit qualities such as being smart, confident, balanced with logical and practical thinking, focused, able to handle pressure, and quality-oriented
7. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
8. Showcase creativity and proficiency in design language, with prior experience in designing social media posts, marketing collateral, and sketching
9. Stay updated on emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver, and Flash
10. Develop interactive design skills
11. Possess an added advantage if skilled in video editing
