Job Description

  • Manage social media accounts, with a larger focus on Facebook & Instagram
  • Stay up to date with latest social media technologies and trends
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily inline with the brand guidelines
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
  • Write and design microblogs (for Insta) based on Insights articles on the website
  • Design creatives for social media using templates on Canva
  • Create quick and engaging videos - from script to execution
